Key Accountabilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Take orders and serve guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare food and beverages as needed, ensuring that all dishes are presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Resolve guest issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Clean and maintain the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as required, including counting cash float and restocking supplies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1 year of serving experience, with a strong focus on customer service and communication. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. Additionally, you will need to be able to obtain a Gaming License and have a strong understanding of POS systems.
