About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Manager to join our team at Peoples Trust. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for monitoring risk performance metrics, providing robust risk training to team members, and implementing a strong risk culture.

- Monitor and analyze risk performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement risk training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage risk effectively.

About the Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex risk management concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
