Job Title: Quality Electrical Test Technician

Brock Solutions is a customer-centric, performance-driven, team-based engineering solutions and electrical panel manufacturing company with multiple offices and global reach. We are currently hiring for a full-time, day shift Quality Electrical Test Technician at our Kitchener, ON location.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Comply with Brock Solutions' quality assurance standards
  • Improve customer satisfaction
  • Cost management by reducing preventable errors
  • Diagnose, document and correct quality issues
Responsibilities may include:
  • Experience in industrial control panel fabrication and testing
  • Inspecting industrial control panels according to regulatory standards and operational parameters
  • Ensuring workmanship follows regulatory standards and Quality Assurance policies
  • Issuing of UL certification for products meeting all regulatory standards and Quality Assurance requirements
  • Maintaining Quality Assurance Documentation and Procedures
  • Training on Quality Assurance procedures
  • Panel fabrication
Qualifications:
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, time-management and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to perform in a high-paced Team environment
  • Experience in industrial control panel fabrication and testing
  • Knowledge of PLCs and related equipment
  • Basic computer knowledge including MS Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Solid understanding of electrical schematics and ladder diagrams
  • Previous experience testing/troubleshooting complex electrical circuits
  • High school diploma or GED
