A.A. BESTPRO GARDEN SERVICES LTD is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Management Professional to oversee the maintenance and construction of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, estimating labour and materials, and supervising landscape construction work.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of 5-10 people. You will also be required to establish work schedules and procedures, as well as requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

This is a physically demanding role that requires frequent handling of heavy loads, manual dexterity, and bending, crouching, and kneeling. You must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and be committed to maintaining a safe working environment.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as access to steel-toed safety boots and other necessary equipment.
