Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to a team of cleaners, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and exceptional service to our residents.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning systems, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to meet our standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our cleaning methods.
  • Ensure that all inventory items are stocked and replenished as needed, maintaining a high level of quality and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with the management team and residents, providing regular updates and feedback.
  • Other duties as assigned.
