Pharmacy Manager

As a Pharmacy Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and that the pharmacy runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the pharmacy team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Provide consultation to customers and healthcare providers on medication and health-related matters
- Dispense medication and assist with the maintenance of the dispensary
- Manage inventory and workflow, including ordering and receiving stock
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of prescriptions and other pharmacy services
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals to provide customer care
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory and customer information
- Pharmacy degree or diploma
- Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulatory body
- Experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a management role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of pharmacy systems and software
