As a Pharmacy Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and care. Key Responsibilities:- Manage the pharmacy team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, store policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Monitor and control inventory, manage stock levels, and maintain accurate records.
- Pharmacy degree or diploma and relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
