Critical Care Nursing Program Developer

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nursing Professional to join our team at Saskatchewan Polytechnic as a Program Developer. This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of our Critical Care Nursing program.
About the Role
This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary range of $83,600 - $105,400 depending on qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for revising curriculum, coordinating clinical experiences, and facilitating program delivery in designated areas of Saskatchewan.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Program Development and Revision: Develop and revise curriculum for our Critical Care Nursing program, ensuring it meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Clinical Experience Coordination: Coordinate and support clinical experiences for students, working closely with healthcare partners and other stakeholders.
- Program Administration: Manage the learning environment, provide student support and counselling, and evaluate student progress.
- Partnerships and Collaboration: Develop and maintain internal and external partnerships to enhance program delivery and outcomes.
- Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required within Saskatchewan.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Eligibility for registration (active status) with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
- Two years recent and relevant nursing experience in adult critical care.
- Knowledge and/or experience in adult education, distance education, and interactive media software.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to function as a team member and adapt to changing technology.
- Competencies in instructional ability, diversity, and valuing inclusivity.
