About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Director to join our team at 2193433 Alberta Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, aligning with the company's overall vision and mission.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient use of resources, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior operations or management role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
