The Opportunity: We are seeking a talented Electrical Project Manager to join our Buildings team at WSP Canada. As an intermediate Project Manager Electrical (MEP), you will have a background in electrical design and be looking for an opportunity to advance your skills in a Project Management role. Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. You will also collaborate and coordinate with other engineering disciplines, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Additionally, you will ensure all engineering work meets quality standards and codes, while ensuring client expectations are met. A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required, along with a minimum of 7 years' experience in the engineering consulting industry and a valid PEO license. Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards is essential, as is demonstrated experience in the design of electrical systems across various facility types.
