Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Learning: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, using a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Student Assessment and Progress: Evaluate student progress, identify areas of improvement, and develop strategies to support students in achieving their academic goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and school officials to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in education and enhance your teaching skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous teaching experience, preferably in an elementary school setting.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Provincial or Territorial Teaching Certificate.
