We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Lead to join our team at Beaver Bank Station. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Order supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Organize buffets and banquets
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Criminal record check
- Attention to detail
- Fast-paced environment
- Physically demanding
- Repetitive tasks
- Standing for extended periods
- Work under pressure
