Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensing Specialist to join our team at Canada Life. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via various communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Screen and direct calls to ensure efficient handling of client requests.
  • Verify the accuracy of client account and trade paperwork, financial plans, and meeting documentation.
  • Coordinate client account and trade instructions for creation and completion.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the team to identify opportunities for business improvement.
  • Ensure all client information is accurately entered into our CRM system.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an Advisor/Client support role in a Financial Services/Insurance firm.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Office365, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
