Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Silver Hotel Group. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and bathrooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and prepare rooms for cleaning, making sure to replenish guestroom and bath supplies.
  • Make beds according to hotel standards and deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests.
  • Perform rotation cleaning duties, such as steam cleaning carpets and maintaining work areas and equipment.
  • Attend to guest calls and requests, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 25 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces.
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift.
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
