National Director IFS Opportunity
Raymond James Ltd., a leading independent investment dealer in Canada, is seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of National Director IFS. This position offers a unique chance for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

**About the Role:**
The National Director IFS will be responsible for building, managing, and maintaining relationships between our Private Client Group (PCG) and the Raymond James Limited (RJL) Advisor community across the IFS channel. The successful candidate will have extensive senior-level experience working in the financial industry, particularly in Wealth Management, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic vision.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Establishing strong working relationships between PCG and RJL Advisor community
  • Developing and executing short-term and long-term goals and initiatives to achieve PCG's strategic vision
  • Championing the establishment and implementation of PCG operating policies in support of strategic imperatives
  • Participating actively and collaboratively with WMOT to manage PCG risks and opportunities and setting priorities in the advisor desktop platform
  • Delivering and operationalizing the Advisor Wealth Management Platform and creating best practices for client relationship management in collaboration with other PCG departments

**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders. A Post-secondary education or equivalent is required, along with extensive senior-level experience in Wealth Management and previous supervisory or management experience. Candidates with a Chartered Financial Analyst designation are considered assets.

**Salary Estimate:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
