Job Title: Administrative Assistant

CJF MARKETING INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring all details are taken care of.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as Google Drive and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
