We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Sandmere Construction. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience
  • MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office skills
  • Ability to multitask, flexibility, and organized

This is a permanent position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
