Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team at IST Logistics Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a tractor-trailer to transport goods and materials across the country. This is a physically demanding role that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods and materials across the country
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition
  • Maintain accurate records of cargo, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
  • Communicate effectively with central dispatch and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols
Requirements:
  • AZ class license
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and long hours
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the trucking industry
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
