At A&W, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your duties will include balancing cash and completing balance sheets, conducting performance reviews, and organizing and maintaining inventory. You will also be responsible for ensuring health and safety regulations are followed and negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Additionally, you will participate in marketing plans and implementation, leading and instructing individuals, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
* Conduct performance reviews
* Cost products and services
* Organize and maintain inventory
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
* Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
* Participate in marketing plans and implementation
* Leading/instructing individuals
* Address customers' complaints or concerns
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

**Supervision:**

* 1 to 2 people

* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week
