Job Title: Dining Room Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dining Room Attendant to join our team at Hot Mama Noi's Thai on the Fly Inc. As a Dining Room Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
  • Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Advise on menu selections
  • Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
  • Describe and advise on wine selection
  • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Provide customer service

Work Environment: Our restaurant is located in an urban area, and we are willing to relocate the right candidate. As a Dining Room Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
