About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Hot Mama Noi's Thai on the Fly Inc. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presents bills to customers and accepts payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings.
  • Describes menu items including daily specials for customers.
  • Enforces provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Advises on menu selections.
  • Clears and cleans tables, trays and chairs.
  • Describes and advises on wine selection.
  • Greets patrons, presents menus, makes recommendations and answers questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serves food and beverages.
  • Takes orders and relays to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Provides customer service.

Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure. You will be required to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a urban area.
