Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager - Global Logistics

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Job Overview:

Brambles is a leading provider of supply chain solutions, helping businesses move goods more efficiently and sustainably. As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence in our network of Service Centres.

You will be responsible for directing regional efforts to improve Service Centre processing of corporate assets, collaborating with line management, labor, support staff, vendors, and customers. Your expertise in LEAN/6 Sigma methodologies will enable continuous improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directs site and regional efforts to achieve a safe work environment for all employees, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develops and implements short-term and long-term strategies to drive Service Centre performance, ensuring cost initiatives are delivered, budgets are met, and capacity growth is planned in line with customer demand.
  • Monitors Plant stocks and maximizes utilization of plant capacity to meet customer demands, while ensuring adherence to conditioning plans at Service Centres on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Manages the performance of all sites within the scope, executing strategies to drive efficiency and executes all site budget and financial performance.
  • Drives LEAN culture, overseeing the implementation of procedures and systems to improve quality, service, and efficiency within the network.
  • Ensures the completion of Quality, In Transit, and Operations Excellence audit processes within the team and the regional 3PL Network.
  • Investigates and facilitates corrective action based on quality or service incidents within the regional network failures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business Management, or a similar field.
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience in project management, labor law, and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Safety & Quality Programs).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior management, executives, and customers internally and externally.
  • 7-10 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution experience with proven management capacity, preferably in a FMCG environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of labor law and certification in Health and Safety.
  • Experience with Excel and data analysis.
Work Environment:

This is a non-remote position, requiring regular presence at Brambles' Service Centres.
