Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead the development and implementation of virtual health services at Fraser Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating new or redesigned virtual health services to support care improvement priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Virtual Health Service Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve the delivery of virtual health services, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and provincial mandates.
- Provide Clinical Guidance: Offer expert clinical guidance and support to clinicians and clinical leadership on the application of virtual health practices.
- Collaborate with Clinical Teams: Work closely with clinical teams to support and inform service delivery changes through workflow assessment and redesign.
- Advise on Virtual Health Integration: Provide strategic advice to clinical leaders on the assessment of impacts of incorporating virtual health into service delivery.
- Participate in Virtual Health Communities: Engage with virtual health communities of practice to develop, implement, and evaluate virtual health standards, competencies, and clinical tools.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health Science, or a relevant clinical discipline.
- Seven years of recent related clinical experience in a healthcare environment, including five years of experience in managing and leading program development and/or quality improvement initiatives.
- Preferred candidates will have recent experience in a clinical operation leadership role within a clinical area or program and change management training.
