Job Title: Personal Support Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Aide to join our team at Dr. Ramadan Elsugy Medicine Profes. As a Personal Support Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Support clients in regular exercise, such as walking, to promote physical and mental well-being.
  • Change non-sterile dressings and provide wound care as needed.
  • Demonstrate infant care techniques to new parents, promoting healthy development and bonding.
  • Feed or assist clients with feeding, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Mend clothing and linens, extending the lifespan of our clients' belongings.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, keeping our clients' living spaces tidy and organized.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits and dietary needs.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, helping our clients feel connected and valued.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, ensuring our clients have access to essential items.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 hours per week of work.
