Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to lead our food service team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain accurate records of stock and sales
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
