About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Red Rock Urban BBQ. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the high standards of our restaurant.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operation of the kitchen.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
