The School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies is dedicated to delivering vibrant, relevant programming and research that prepares students for today's most pressing challenges.

We are seeking a dynamic leader who can provide strategic leadership of the School to enhance and advance graduate and postdoctoral programs, policies, and initiatives. The new Dean will work closely with the Provost and Vice-President, Academic, to deliver a unique and impactful learning experience for Ontario Tech students.

The ideal candidate will hold a doctoral degree in a relevant field and be eligible for appointment at the rank of Full Professor. They must demonstrate a strong commitment to collaboration, respect, equity, diversity, inclusion, and reconciliation.

To succeed in this role, the new Dean will need to develop and implement a strategic plan aligned with the University's Integrated Academic-Research Plan 2023-2028. This plan will focus on enhancing and advancing graduate and postdoctoral programs, policies, and initiatives.
