Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized advice and solutions.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including investment and borrowing strategies, to help customers achieve their objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and product offerings, ensuring that customers have access to the best possible solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a financial services role, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Relevant certifications and licenses, such as a Mutual Funds license and CIFP Diploma.
