Job Overview

Cambridge Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a skilled Manager to lead the Inpatient Surgery, Allied Health & Social Work departments. This role plays a vital part in strategic planning and operational management to deliver high-quality patient care.

Salary Information

The salary range for this position is $60.94 - $72.55.

Job Responsibilities

This Manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership to the multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Ensuring effective delivery of outcomes aligned with organizational priorities
  • Mentoring and coaching staff to promote a patient-focused environment
  • Developing and managing financial performance of the program
  • Partnering with Human Resources to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualification for registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • BScN or undergraduate degree required; Master of Health Administration or related graduate degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years recent clinical management experience in a hospital setting
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and abilities
  • Proficient with computers and MS Office Suite
