Mission Overview

As a Lead Civil Engineering Technician specializing in bridge projects, you will leverage your extensive knowledge in drafting and structural design. This role allows you to collaborate with a dedicated team focused on engineering structures, while benefiting from a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the advancement of BIM/VDC methodologies in projects involving the construction and restoration of bridges and engineering structures, collaborating with a team of engineers, drafters, and technicians.
  2. Develop comprehensive project mock-ups by accurately modeling components of bridge or interchange designs.
  3. Create and refine models and technical drawings for various engineering structures.
  4. Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration with CAD teams, ensuring adherence to quality assurance protocols.
  5. Assist in the preparation of technical studies and reports.
  6. Engage in the training and mentorship of junior staff members.
Qualifications
  1. DEC in civil engineering or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering (including bridges and buildings).
  3. Completion of safety training for construction sites (ASP certification).
  4. Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, and Revit software.
