Job Title: Bus Technician

A. Girardin Inc. is seeking a skilled Bus Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet of commercial and school buses.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buses, including inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of mechanical systems.
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) of new buses to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Work with our shop foreman to prioritize and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, including engine, transmission, and brake system problems.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
  • Truck and Coach Technician (310T) license required.
  • Valid "G" driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Own tools required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in diesel mechanics (preferred).
  • Independent, versatile, and motivated individual with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer service oriented.
