About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Software Development to join our Digital Enablement Center of Excellence at IQVIA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the technical direction for our product, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in software development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to multiple directors and managers across the software development engineering family.
  • Develop and implement vision and strategy in alignment with company-wide goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the development of corporate-wide plans with direct impact on company revenue, expense, and growth.
  • Negotiate with and influence senior internal and external executives and decision-makers.
  • Inspire group leaders and directors to build and develop talent to meet long-term business objectives and strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience with digital media technology.
  • 15+ years of experience leading high-performance software development teams.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally.
