We are seeking a skilled Dental Technician to join our team at Novident Dental Laboratory Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and repairing dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, and implants.
Key Responsibilities- Fabricate and repair dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, and implants
- Modify dental devices, including full or partial dentures, orthodontic appliances, inlays, onlays, clasps, and bands
- Prepare plaster models and moulds
- Cast gold or metal alloys for bridges and denture bases
- Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory
- Maintain and order supplies
- Mould wax over dentures set-up
- Finish metal framework of dentures
- Prepare wax bite-blocks and impression trays
- Polish and buff dentures
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
- Experience an asset
- Or equivalent experience
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced dental laboratory environment, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
