Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team at Chevron Town Pantry. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales potential
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and develop marketing strategies to promote sales
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations
