About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at PPH Restaurants Inc. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of food quantities used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, use manual and electrical appliances to clean and prepare food, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive and respectful team dynamic.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and high pressure.
