Job Title: Automotive Body Shop Supervisor

Zahid Butt Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Body Shop Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our body shop, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of body shop technicians and support staff
  • Ensure that all work is completed on time and to the required quality standards
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and requisitioning materials as needed
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the body shop
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work environment is safe and healthy
  • Recommend personnel actions, including hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the required quality standards
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a body shop or related industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced body shop environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our customers. The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours:

The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week.
