- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and improvement.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, promoting our brand and interests.
- Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, ensuring a high-performing team.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to support the growth and development of our employees.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving digital transformation and leading high-performing teams.
- Language: Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Arrangements: 30 to 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work remotely or in our office.
