Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Information Technology to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for implementing information technology strategies, developing and implementing a master data strategy, and overseeing technology operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement information technology strategies to improve business processes, data management, and analytics.
  • Oversee technology operations, including infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity.
  • Lead a high-performance team of IT professionals and establish a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the protection of company IT assets and the integrity, security, and privacy of corporate and personal information.
  • Assess IT and cybersecurity risks and design, implement, and test business continuity and disaster recovery procedures to mitigate those risks.
  • Communicate IT plans, policies, and technology trends throughout the organization.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on KPI metrics to relevant stakeholders and the executive management team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 15 years of work experience in IT leadership roles, including software development, data strategy, and data management.
  • Proven track record of leading the delivery of large-scale, high-quality application systems.
  • Experience overseeing an enterprise-wide digital transformation.
  • Deep expertise in managing complex projects with bottom-line impact.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex systems and system strategies with team members.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
