Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at KFC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Team Management: Hire food service staff, establish work schedules, and ensure that our team is well-trained and equipped to provide excellent service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced work conditions and physical demands.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
