Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kentucky Fried Chicken. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules

  • Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities
  • Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities

  • Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment
  • Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth

Support for Indigenous People:

  • Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people
  • Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers
  • Develops and maintains relationships with Indigenous communities, Indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations
  • Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
  • Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers

Support for Visible Minorities:
