Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd O/A New York Fries #3274. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
