Executive Director of Goods Production

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at VALUE TRUCK SALES as a Vice President of Goods Production. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our goods production team and ensuring the smooth operation of our utilities and construction departments.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the goods production team, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and the achievement of business objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring the efficient use of resources and the achievement of business objectives.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring the effective structure and operation of the organization.
- Co-ordination and Control: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, establishing financial and administrative controls and formulating and approving promotional campaigns.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring the effective direction and operation of the organization.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating the necessary authority and creating optimum working conditions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 42.5 hours per week
