Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Construction Department Manager to join our team in Yanbu. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective operation of the Construction Department, ensuring that work meets departmental needs. You will report directly to the Director of Construction and Program Manager, interfacing frequently with senior management personnel.

The successful candidate will have at least 20 years of experience working on major construction projects, with at least 10 years in a supervisory or management role. They will possess proven leadership skills, technical and contractual problem-solving abilities, and excellent initiative, judgment, and ability to lead large-scale programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple construction projects, using various contracting formats, and managing change. They will also have knowledge of International Project Standards and Specifications, as well as conversance with Construction diagrams and designs.
