Construction Manager

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Read, interpret, and decipher all construction documents (schedules, specifications, blueprints, schematics, diagrams, etc.), participate in design reviews, and ensure that all construction is performed in accordance with the construction documents.
2. Review construction sites daily, document the reviews on AF Form 1477, and file the documentation in the project folder.
3. Review shop drawings and product submittals and provide recommendations through the Site Lead.
4. Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Construction Manager shall have at least 3 years of experience coupled with a 2-year degree from an accredited college or university in any engineering, construction technology, or construction management discipline.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance.
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions. May be required to respond to a wide variety of operational circumstances, including extreme weather conditions and rudimentary infrastructure.
Other Responsibilities:
