Motel Operations Manager

Bear Country Inn is seeking a highly organized and communicative Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
- Recruit and provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers, visible minorities, and mature workers.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organized and able to multitask.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Hours:30 hours per week.
