Motel Operations Manager

Bear Country Inn is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff members, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Customer Service: Assist guests with special needs, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Coordinate and assign tasks, maintain the operation of computer systems and equipment, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, or equivalent experience.
