Subrogation and Recovery Department Overview

Cozen O'Connor's Subrogation and Recovery Department is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join our Toronto office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with a focus on complex property damage claims for insurance or commercial clients. Key responsibilities will include representing plaintiffs, coordinating loss site investigations, conducting extensive legal research and writing, and preparing pleadings and discovery materials. The successful candidate will be capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team on complex matters, with superior organizational skills and strong writing and analytical abilities.
