Job Title: Rural and Suburban Relief Mail Carrier

Description:

Postes Canada est à la recherche de personnes fiables et organisées pour occuper le poste de facteur/factrice de relève en disponibilité en zones rurales ou suburbaines. Le candidat idéal sera capable de travailler de manière indépendante, de conduire un véhicule dans toutes sortes de conditions météorologiques et routières, et de livrer le courrier dans différentes collectivités.

Responsabilités:

  • Tri, collecte et distribution sécuritaire et en temps opportun des envois postaux
  • Acquisition et maintien de connaissances sur les infrastructures locales, y compris les routes, les clients et les réceptacles de livraison
  • Assurance de la sécurité du courrier en sa possession
  • Traitement des différents produits et services du CPC
  • Port de l'identification de Postes Canada lors de la livraison et assurance de sa visibilité
  • Soulever et transporter des articles jusqu'à 50 lb / 22,7 kg
  • Expérience dans les livraisons et l'utilisation d'un véhicule automobile dans toutes les conditions météorologiques et de circulation

Exigences:

  • Dossier de conduite sécuritaire satisfaisant
  • Permis de conduire provincial permanent valide - classe 5 ou G
  • Espace de chargement minimal de 100 pi. cu. (2832 litres) pour savoir comment mesurer la charge utilitaire de votre véhicule
  • Toit en métal ainsi qu'une prise de courant supplémentaire permettant d'installer un panneau de Postes Canada et un feu clignotant
  • Cinquième porte ou hayon pour permettre le chargement d'articles surdimensionnés et volumineux (de préférence)
  • Fournir et maintenir l'assurance de responsabilité automobile exigée pour l'utilisation de votre véhicule
  • Aviser votre compagnie d'assurance de l'utilisation de votre véhicule pendant son emploi chez Postes Canada
