Job Title: FP&A Analyst

Join RONA Inc. as a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst and contribute to the growth of our affiliate store network. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the management team, store operations, and business development teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and optimize store performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business development initiatives and strategic planning.
  • Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as required by senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in French and English, both oral and written.
