Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at the Best Western Plus Mirage Hotel & Resort.
Job Summary:The Kitchen Helper will assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly sanitized and stored. This role will also involve supporting the culinary team with food preparation, serving, and presentation.
Responsibilities:- Assist in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes
- Help prepare and serve food to guests and staff
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Participate in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Support the culinary team with food preparation and presentation
- Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen staff
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
